FrogWords: Word Puzzle is a casual word puzzle game in which players use available letters to discover words related to different themes, complete levels, use hints, and progress through increasingly challenging puzzles.

4. Google AdMob

FrogWords: Word Puzzle uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google.

4.1. Google Mobile Ads SDK Data Disclosure

Apple requires developers who publish apps on the App Store to disclose certain information about their apps' data use. These disclosures have been required for new apps and app updates since December 8, 2020. Google's guide describes the Google Mobile Ads SDK's data collection practices as of version 7.68.0 to help AdMob developers answer the questions in App Store Connect.

To improve AdMob performance, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect information from apps, including:

  • IP address, which may be used to estimate the device's general location
  • Non-user-related crash logs used to diagnose problems and improve the SDK; diagnostic information may also be used for advertising and analytics
  • User-associated performance data, such as app launch time, hang rate, or energy usage, which may be used to evaluate behavior, improve and plan product features, and display ads, including through sharing with other entities that display ads
  • A device ID, such as the device's advertising identifier or other app- or developer-bounded identifiers, which may be used for third-party advertising and analytics
  • Advertising data, such as advertisements the user has seen, which may support analytics and advertising features
  • Other product interactions, such as app-launch taps and video views, which may be used to improve advertising performance

Optional product features, such as advanced reporting, and tests of new features may involve additional data and require additional disclosures. Developers using an older Google Mobile Ads SDK should consider updating it and must review their disclosures whenever the SDK, enabled features, or applicable requirements change.

Google Mobile Ads SDK version 11.2.0 and later supports privacy manifest declarations. The developer remains responsible for checking the privacy manifest and keeping the application's data disclosures accurate and up to date.

6. Children's Privacy

FrogWords: Word Puzzle does not intentionally request personal information directly from children.

If children are included in the target audience, advertising and data processing will be configured to comply with applicable children's privacy laws and Google Play Families requirements. Personalized advertising will not be shown to children where prohibited by applicable law or platform policy.

7. Gameplay Data

Gameplay information such as current level, completed puzzles, words discovered, hint usage, game progress, scores, preferences, and settings may be stored locally on the user's device to provide the game's functionality.

This local gameplay information is not intended to identify the user personally.

8. Data Storage and Deletion

Gameplay progress and preferences may be stored locally on the user's device. Deleting FrogWords: Word Puzzle or clearing the app's stored data may remove locally saved game information.

Information processed by Google AdMob may be retained according to Google's own data retention policies. FrogWords: Word Puzzle does not provide user accounts, so there is no user account to delete.

9. Data Security

Reasonable measures are used to limit unnecessary data collection and protect information associated with FrogWords: Word Puzzle. Data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.

The core gameplay of FrogWords: Word Puzzle does not require access to camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, health data, or personal photos and videos.
